ABOUT US
For many years, we have been guiding people in mind-body practice for greater harmony and well-being. Our purpose is to share the wisdom of traditional Chinese culture and build a global community rooted in health and mutual care.
My name is Tao Qing Yu. I was born in 1970 in Jiang Xi province, southern China. Since my childhood, I have been interested in Chinese traditional qi gongs, Buddhist and Taoist culture. I grew up watching my father practicing qi gong and ever since have been fascinated by it.
I first learned acupuncture, tai chi and some other forms of qi gong to help solving mine and other peoples´ health problems. I always felt that these practices were not complete.
I started to practice Zhineng qigong in 1993. Through my practice I came to deeply love and respect it. In my view, Zhineng qigong is an amazing method for bringing benefit to self and others.
In 1996 I went to Huaxia Zhineng qigong training centre and one year later started the two year teachers´ training class. After my graduation, I worked at the Huaxia healing centre for one year.
Since I left
Huaxia qigong centre at the end of 1999 I have been traveling throughout
China, Hong Kong, Europe,Middle East, North
America,to
teach Zhineng qigong and give healing to lots of people.
I have a dream. I deeply wish to pass on my knowledge and experience to other people all around the globe, spread Zhineng qigong culture and enable everyone to enjoy life, be happy, free and healthy.
About Lv Junfeng
I am Lv Junfeng, a Chinese Qigong teacher and registered physician. Since childhood, I have been deeply interested in Qigong, Tai Chi, Taoism, and Buddhism.
From Surgeon to Qigong Practitioner
In 1985, I entered a five-year clinical medicine program. After graduating in 1990, I began my medical career as a surgeon at a local hospital in Shijiazhuang, and later worked in internal medicine and rehabilitation. After each day’s medical duties, I practiced Zhineng Qigong with my family.
The changes I witnessed through practice deeply influenced my life path. My mother recovered from her illness after practicing Zhineng Qigong. Later, my grandmother’s sister came to visit our family. After less than a week of practice, she shared that the corneal opacity in her right eye had reduced by about two-thirds, and her vision had become clearer.
As a trained surgeon, I could not explain these changes through the medical framework I had studied. This experience strengthened my trust in Zhineng Qigong and inspired me to explore it more deeply.
Lineage and Teaching Experience
In 1993, I joined the two-year Zhineng Qigong Teacher Training Program at the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Training Center, personally taught by its founder, Professor Pang Ming.
After graduating in 1995, I worked at the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Training Center for many years. I led 24-day training courses in the Body-Mind Form and the Five Hunyuan Form, and received the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Center’s 1996 “Advanced Worker” award. In 1997, I was transferred to the Zhineng Qigong Rehabilitation Center in Fengrun, where I led a care team supporting people with serious illnesses.
Bringing Zhineng Qigong to International Practitioners
In recent years, I have hosted and participated in many online courses for international practitioners. In March 2024, I led an on-site Zhineng Qigong workshop for more than 100 participants. The workshop was warmly received, and many attendees spoke positively about their experience.
My Vision
Zhineng Qigong Science aims to support people’s health, well-being, and overall quality of life. It helps practitioners discover and awaken their true self, and move toward greater freedom in the field of life. My deepest wish is to share Zhineng Qigong with people around the world, so that more and more people can live in health and happiness.
